PP: Noise Ninja, Luko Sharpen, Levels, Color Balance (to reduce slight yellow cast), hue/sat at 25% opacity (slight hue adjustment), Desaturated slightly a couple of bright blue fringe areas, added border, resized, sharpened, burned corners slightly.

This is so pretty. That looks like a sparkling sugar flower. I love the pastelly swirls of blue and purple in the background.

Wow Juli, wonderful purple/blue (mauve/cyan) color. Good framing and detail. The horizontal give a nice balance both on the petals and the stems. NIcely done.

The colour is very soothing and pleasing to the eye. The thing I find a wee bit distracting is the what looks like noise in some parts of the flower and stem. Correct me if I'm wrong. Over-all it's a very nice photo, and I could be wrong about the noise so I won't penalize you for it.
