Um, where to go with my comments here lol. Not sure if you were doing some kind of freudian study here but I have to say that my first thoughts (after seeing the photo and reading the title) closely matched those of tootsweet and choltmeier. Maybe it's me, but now I will never look that this memorial the same again. I will be chuckling of course because, well, this is pretty damn funny.

Aside from that, more great use of lighting and the details are all so fluid and smooth. :)

Jon, the processing of this photo is spectacular. I didn't vote on this challenge, but would have given it high marks. Well seen.

Great depth in this photo. Reminds me of a Hindu (I think) saying, at the feet of the master. Sounds like C' and you had a wonderful time.

Yes it is truly unfortunate that the Liberty Bell is not in Washington DC. Perhaps the 2 of you can plan your next trip to Philadelphia ;-)

I gave this photo one of its 10's. I know this memorial so well, but never saw this particular angle. Wonderfully done, great detail and texture.

I love the dramatic crop and the processing is just spot on.

I love the tones. I'm not sure why you cropped that way... seems to emphasize the crotch. Not sure if that was your intention. I'd rank it higher if I could see the head but maybe I'm missing your point.

A shot like this I would have liked to perfectly centered. The border is a nice touch but at the same time it makes me wonder what happened to his head.

I like the fact that you attempted to get a different perspective on Lincoln, but did you look really carefully at what perspective you gave us? Hint...what is smack dab in the center of this shot?

Fabulous piece of work (the statue and the photography).

I've never seen it with such detail... will make an effort to see the less obvious details, the wholeness of it, from now on...

I admire the post-process, I just don't understand the crop.
