I wonder how may Whiterooks there will be in this challenge? I have an "edge" in that we live in the same place, basically, neighboring towns, and I shoot in "his" neighborhood all the time. I went for a more romantic interpretation of the scene this time; you'll see other shots in my portfolio from same location that are crisper. |

The sparkly water makes for a couple of attractive breaks for my eyes. I love the tones, and the way you had the clouds come across to darken just the right spots on the land. ;-)
I think I could explore that beach for a lifetime. |

| Hmmm! Did you add the water? I feel like I'm looking at two pictures instead of one cohesive idea. Honestly, you could have just cropped the entire top half off and been left with a stunning and simple shot of the fence and sand. |

| wow, this looks almost like the same place as the original. beautiful remake. I love your colors, the compostion, the sharpness - even the cloud shadows add interest (also fantastic that your horizon is straight) |
