Not that I'd want to do it...but perhaps laying down on the sidewalk would give you a better perspective on the tracks. This angle just looks like a snapshot of downtown. |

I'm missing the theme. Where do the lines lead? A person...A train...This seems to take me nowhere. I'm looking for the subject. It could be anything. show me something that the lines lead to. Great idea just missing the subject. |

The tracks do a good job of leading my eyes, but they lead them to the distance and a busy scene. No clear subject. |

I am not sure whether there is an unambigious definition of leading lines, but in my book, they should be a line or several lines that lead the viewer's eye towards the main subject of the picture. I think that's not the case in this picture. Your pic uses a vanishing point rather than leading lines. |
