I was trying to get something different today so I set up the tripod and took some long exposures. This is 5 seconds of the breaking waves at Anini. I really like the splash of green on the left with the white streak to it's right.

Roz, this was taken after the sun had set and the moon was out. Almost an hour after sunset.

I had just worked through some issues that I feel are unresolved and need to change in order for me to move forward. It was good to get the issues out in the open and look at them adjectively with a professional. I am clearer about what has been bugging me and I have come up with some goals to clear up some misunderstandings with people in my life.

Great way to open up a door to another look at photography. Hey, I used a tripod for a change and that's a big one for me because I really didn't want to take it out from behind the seat of my truck and try to get everything just right but I did make the effort and I like the first attempt.

What a simple yet wonderful capture. I too like the green streak to the left. Such a smooth picture.

Really neat! I love these kinds of extended exposure shots, but they aren't to everyone's taste. I love the tones in this shot with the tad of blue over at the right. Check out this guy David Burdeney, especially Asia and America section.

P.S. I think you need to straighten that horizon. 8)

hey! this cam eout very well, not sure I would have thought of doing that..great idea!! tripods are cool, get a light one and enjoy the clear shots!

On a personal note, I think photography can literally help you to see life through a new lens...so can therapy and some objective opinions, but photography is ddefinitely the more enjoyable of the 2 for me!

good to take small steps and move on; time flies whether we are having fun or not, so best to enjoy the ride Sean, get a surfboard dude!! :)
