Simple yet beautiful image. I like how the leaf seems to be embedded in the snow. The brown sure pops against the white.

Edit:
One more thing, the negative space really does give the feel of alone.

Neat find; I've taken a lot of these types of shots but can never get them to look the way I want. I think colored grain adds that little bit of extra to the picture.

Brilliant find, that leaf nestled in the rainbow colored snow. You may have found the last leaf of the season and will have the last laugh. Not that this is a funny shot, just my sense of humor today.

Too cool how the leaf has sunk into the snow, creating its own little dell. Nice composition - very zen-like.

Well done.. The Frozen snow encapsulating the single leaf simplistically is a great image.. The frame completes the picture..
