Started with this image:



Rainbow filter:


– grain merge 100%

Then added same rainbow filter again – flipped – increased saturation 60%, decreased light 40% - used in Multiply 50%

Jutilda's Bokeh Filter



– applied levels and lightened, color balance cyan and yellow – applied filter in Overlay mode 50%

Saved.

Applied xero porcelain filter twice.

What a fantastic effect! This absolutely works for me, I wish I could say more about why - but I guess it's just blowing my mind to much right now. :)

Judy's overlay really does add a magical touch on this image. The color is also wonderful, but I think that your b&w version stands quite well on its own, showcasing all of the small forms. Very nice work.

Looks like the celebration moved to the beach! Love your original and this overlay turns the toned down feeling into a party of light. Nice.
