Awwwww! I think moose are so cute. I would love to see one in person. Wonderful detail and the colors all look so natural. |

Jane, you were so lucky to get these moose shots! Nice crisp capture. I've never photographed in the snow, but understand it can be a challenge to get good exposures. This one is really nice. Look at how big his ears are! |

As I hear it, it is best to get the photos while they are young, they get a bit testy when older. Moose are strange looking creatures, kind of like a cross between a camel and a horse with the ears of a rabbit. Great portrait! |

glad he wasn't followed by a mean grown up one...man they are HUGE, what damage they do to cars..not to mention what befalls them in a collision! |

Moose! Those are some serious eyebrows - haha - I know they are horn buds... very cool photo. Love how the moose was eyeing you as you were eyeing him. |

How good is this. What an amazing capture. Lovely DOF and sharpness in the fur standing up on his/her back. |

What a wonderful moose. Looks very close. Good that you had a camera with you. Reminds me of my "Free Study 2007-08" entry. |
