The diagonal panning lines are thoroughly effective - must have been an incredibly difficult picture to take.

I'm very surprised to see that this didn't make the top 10 - and didn't even score +6. It's one of the best in the challenge imo and deserves much better...

Rule of thirds? Not really. Anything sharp? Nope. Unusual subject? Nuh, uh. One of my top picks? Absolutely. The colors, contrast and sense of motion are beautiful. Nicely done. ;-)

You should do a variation on this one for the "Peace" challenge. Beautiful effect. I'm curious to see what settings you used. It's too bad that the sharpest are is on the neck rather than the head, but that's what makes pnning difficult I suppose.

Sort of like an impressionist painting. I'd prefer the focus on the head instead of the neck, but I love the overall effect, especially with the snow white bird.

If only the head and eyes were sharp rater than the neck. Having commented on some of these now, sharpness on the the subject and prime focal point is everything
