A bit symbolic of the desire to communicate and be in touch.

This was my reflections reject. I had been looking for something different and really liked the way this worked out.

Ok, now I can see it LOL. I was going through your b&w folio backwards so I saw the rotated one first. I liked it better for some reason.

I commented on the rotated one first, it still feels like a piece of glass. Actually I think I like the rotated one a little better. :)

the odd angles of the eletrical poles, the cigarette butt, the flatness of the gray road, and the sharpness of the church's steeple provide a weathered and stark feel - good stuff

The communication link (Church and wires) is a little deep for me. This shot doesn't really appeal to me but think you've got a great reflection in an otherwise boring bit of road.

This works better, more clearly a reflection. More like Falling Upward.

You teach me that jigsaw fragments of life, placing objects a little out of context, is an interesting way to reduce a wide image to something personal. It's a good tool to have in the visual tool box.

Saw the other one first and had no idea what it was. Like this one better......8>)

I think I like this one better because it forces the viewer out of the comfort zone. With the other rotation, people can quickly pass over the photo with a "oh, it's a peak and some wires". With this, you have to stop, wrap your brain around it, and think about what it is. Great catch!

I think i like the rotated version, like seeing though a torn out ceiling, just a little bit more interesting.

Its like looking into a mirror. You wouldn't know that you hadn't just turned your photo upside down. Yes. I'm with Salmiakki. . .your reflection must be very good!

Great reflection. If this is your reject, can't wait to see the submission! I really do like this a lot.

interesting combination of wires and church. I like the framing but wish for a bit more dof in the pavement.

Im obsessed with wires and cables so this automatically is to my liking.
The puddle cuts off most of the wiring, but we really dont need to see anymore, since itll be more and more wires.

Nice work, if you had entered id have given an 8

Good, interesting idea. The reflection is crystal clear. I wonder what it would look like rotated 180 degrees.

Very good detail on the reflection! It's kinda neat how it's just a glimpse - a reflection of what's close by but can't be seen other than in this little puddle of water, like it might be real, or it might not.

That's one cool refection. Look at all those wires. I think there are more wires in your reflection than there is in our whole town. Definitely interesting to look at.

This is a very nice example of thinking outside of the box.
