| A nice clean simple shot to show off the bread. I'm not one way or the other about the shadow - it doesn't bother me, but I can see where some might not have wanted it there. I do realize this is about simplicity, but I like backgrounds with just a wee bit of context rather than pure black. I also realize I'm in the minority when it comes to that, so please ignore me. :-) |

| This is a very nice image. I think he cleaning up the bread crumbs on the bottom might have added to the cleanliness of the image. My eyes are drawn Poor's those crumbs. |

| Lots of great detail and color here. The lighting really helps bring it out. That bread looks delicious! The composition is not doing anything for me, though. It just too plain and centered for me. |

| Could you have tried changing the direction of the lighting a little bit so that the shadow of the handle does not fall on the bread? |
