 Day 9Another from the Chain of Rocks bridge. This was teh only other person I saw on the mile long bridge that cold day. No matter how I tried to crop this I could get everything straight, goofy shooting angle and a wide angle lens makes for funky lines. I overlayed a grungy texture, can't remember which now.

Oh, excellent!! The light and shadows are outstanding. Catching the lone person on the bridge is the bomb. Love it!

Terrific. The editing suits the mood so well. I like the leading line and single figure and that hint of gold and green. NICE.

fixedintime it's funny that you mention that b/c I never saw it. It's actually an old electical wire that runs the length of the bridge, I'm used to it so it didn't dawn on me but it does look like a crack, lol.

I have to agree with the the others. Very well done, the overlay works well and the color is good. I would like to do away with what look like a "crack"/line going down the center of the image. It is distracting for me. It looks so well placed I wonder if it wasn't part of the original image rather than the overlay.

I really like all of those crisscrossing lines, and I think the fact that some portions are slightly askew works well here. Has a lonely, desolate feel.
