Good toning, goes with the mood. A tad soft but I'm wondering if that's part of the mood too. Nice textures in the walkway, and the water certainly looks cold and choppy. Nicely captured.

not sure if it is intentional or not but the photo has a greenish haze to it...

Many sets of parallel lines there. Maybe litle longer exposure, dont know? Its a fine image.
