| Not a bad shot, although I think a slightly longer shutter speed would have done better justice in adding motion. |

| Nice composition. The motion blur is a little too subtle for me, but the way rowers move probably makes them one of the more difficult subjects to catch at the longer speeds. |

| I like how you focused on all three of the guys and not just one, it gives the picture a cool look. The background could've been more complex. |

| not a whole lot of motion is evident. I would've like to see more of the scene to give it more context and liveliness. |
