though the focus is just off, i like the upward gaze and the sky behind, very beachy feeling to me . Good job Jon! |

This is an interesting image, but your stories explains a few things, but also, what if the focal point was meant to be off? When you are daydreaming life gets a little fuzzy while other things gain more focus. Hmmm, are the fates trying to tell you something? 6-; Great image. |

I'm finding that for these SP that it's easier and safer to just shoot as closed as possible - most of mine have been f8 or f11 I think - to get as much DoF as possible because it's not you behind the camera at shutter time. So..if the focus isn't perfect but ballpark it'll still be pretty clean. |
