 I'm sure there will be complaints about the spiderweb on her nose but this is not a friendly cat, if she wants spiderwebs on her nose that's just fine by me. She's a feral cat that I found with her tiny kittens in my shed, she has lowered herself to move into the house with her kittens and will happily sleep on my favorite cushion and eat my food, all the while she glowers at me reminding me that she is the feline and I am mere human scum. I love her arrogance and I'm very surprised she let me so close with the camera, but she was displeased.

I love your photographer's comments, and you got that disdainful glare (with a hint of threat) captured very well. I can sympathize - it's hard not to respect such a strong sense of self.

Intense look. Excellent lighting on a difficult subject. The slight tilt helps this one. It would have been bland if the eyes were level.

Perfect. Love this shot. You can still see the different shapes and textures of the face, even though it's all black. No "bright spot" in the pupils from the flash (a pet peeve of mine I have noticed in a lot of the other photos). Great color.
