LOL

Fun to shoot this one!!

Lighting: one umbrella behind me to camera left up just above my head, one umbrella just over the level of the book in front of me, one spot for the BG about 6 ft up and just to the left of the umbrella in front of me... had quite the time avoiding harsh shadows but I did manage to soften it a little ;)

Post:
Cloned out a string hanging out of the shirt, a tiny bit of healing on my face (blemish under chin), levels, hue/sat redux yellow and just a little red, USM, resize, NI, USM, history brush all but the face and hair back to NI.

Oh, that's HILARIOUS. I mean, the facial expression plus the book is great, and then I notice the shirt. :) And just perfect lighting and composition. Well done all around!

Tack sharp, nice subtle lighting make this a very cool shot. Cool perplexed expression to sell the shot.

Boy, but do those catchlights give your eyes and expression depth.

Not sure if you know this, but the book is upside down. That might help some of the confusion. Expression is great, the lighting is really good.

This is nice, I really enjoy your form. However, the expression to me feels like a combination of confusion and sadness. The eyes really seem to be sad, maybe sad at the confusion, the lack of understanding makes me sad at times. Wonderful image.
