I was trying to think of a way to photograph an eye that hasn't been done 2 million times. I was doing this shoot with her painted black for another concept but her eyes were just so bright compared to her skin that I couldn't help but shoot something for this challenge. I am not sure how I feel about this photo, but I like the look in her eyes. Post processing: minimal levels and black and white conversion.

Reminds me of that scene in "First Blood" (the first Rambo movie) where he covers himself in mud and hides against a cliff and you couldn't see him til he opens his eyes. 'Cept she's prettier than Rambo. :D
I think this is well done and did pretty well in the midst of pretty stunning competition.

I really like the idea, but would have preferred no hair in front of the eyes. I find it a bit distracting.

This is somewhat tough to look at, because its kind of creepy. But, artistically, its really good. Very subtle light definitions across all of the black. This is one of my high scores in the challenge.
