Thank you to all for your votes, comments and questions. This was an interesting challenge in that many of the entries were just as much of a stretch as mine, but perhaps this entry was the farthest stretch of all. If you don't question or stretch boundaries, then you fail to learn. I expected this entry to either fail miserably, or rank high for it's humourous take. I learned that I was wrong, and it ended up scoring in the middle zone - 53rd of 81 entries. Cheers, Sandra.

I find it interesting that some people are calling you out saying that it couldn't possibly be your first memory. Well I've got news for them - very few of the entries would or could qualify as first memories.
In any event, I liked it and gave you a nine.

I think I understand this one as sperm meets ovum, though it doesn't look at all like the pictures I have seen of it. This brings it back much earlier than all the birth ones. I'm interested to see what this really is.

But, how can this be your memory? Memories are stored in the brain, and here I see the starting stage of forming the brain and everything else.

I like the idea, with the title it's a wonderful presentation. I like the almost metaphysical colours and shapes.

Hate to be a downer here, but don't see how this could possibly be a first memory. Sorry.

Now is this really your earliest memory, I'm not sure it is as this shot shows you in two parts! Nice take on the topic though
