In order to see the parallels here, i have to unfocus my eyes, and then I see lines of light, and lines of shadows. Without doing that, I'm afraid I can't make them out.

Lots of lines. I think this would have more impact if the camera were elevated a bit more and/or the light were a little lower to make the shadows a little more stark. Good try.

maybe a tighter crop on just the blocks would ahve given this a nice optical illusion type feel to it...I think the other stuff is not needed
