 Dedicated to my Grandmother, LaLa, who rocked me for hours when I was sick as a baby. I still remember looking up at her face, pulling on her sleeve to sing more....la la la la la la....hence she was forever called 'LaLa.'

OMG, I used to HAVE that Raggedy Ann doll! I had forgotten. Now' I'm wondering if my mom squirreled is away somewhere. Nice pic too!

Nicely posed doll, not sure if it looks sad or evil :) After this challenge I'm beginning to think I just find dolls a bit creepy...

Aww, it's Raggedy Ann. I had Raggedy Andy as a kid. I gave him to my oldest daughter when she was about 2. Our dog ate his face shortly thereafter ::sigh::

You did a better job caring for your memories!

Great idea! The lighting looks a bit too harsh though, and the colours are quite washed out. I really like the composition and contrast though.

I really like this shot - it's really appealing. Funny title, but nicely poignant image and great choice of props. The lighting and contrast in colour between Raggedy Ann and the rocking chair give it an almost partial desat feel without doing it. Very nice.
