I really like this shot but the challenge was to imply something exciting, frightening, REALLY COOL, yummy, tempting, or otherwise compelling somewhere past the edge of the image. You have created the opposite...

Not so much an "off screen expectation" as an ON screen expectation isn't it?. Photographically well done but doesnt meet the challenge for me, sorry. |

This pic should be in top 5 IMO. There is nothing wrong with this pic but som dots and dust tha can be removed later. 10 from me. Good luck.

Your idea is wonderful, and you have done well with the symmetry. Your focal plane is well placed, and I like that you have a relatively narrow depth of field. If I had to complain about something, I would have liked to see just a little more of the fuse fire at the top. Regardless, 10 from me. |
