| the angle is excllent, nice mood, lighting is just fine, great focus i just found a very little flaws here, theres a glare in the glasses, but its okay for me, you can correct that later in photoediting software. EXCELLENT WORK. |

| very good job here, just a tad bit cool in color, and just a tad too harsh. A warm/gold reflector on the right would have seemed to have caught a nice 3-stop fall off but get just a bit of detail in the dark side. But on the right track for sure... |

| No doubt the title tells a story - an effective study. Maybe the highlights are a bit overexposed but it does not detract from the photo. Maybe a sqaure on crop would have been OK too? |

| I really like the lighting here, harsh, but it emphasises the character of the face. I find the expression more one of surprise than of sadness, which is suggested by the title. |
