I don't get the feeling of there being some off screen expectation...maybe if the dog was sitting up or barking at something it would have been more apparent to me |

Very nice shot. I like the color and lighting. Dog looks more like it is just looking around instead of expecting something. |

Looks like there's two assies in this competition! The attention to "something just beyond the frame" for this breed is how they live most of the time ;) I hope you're title doesn't hurt you here as it may be off for the literalist. |

At least this dog is not begging for something :D Great composition, it seems to show the dog 'reflecting' very well. |
