 This is a fishing pier under the Dunlawton bridge. The pelican featured was sitting on the railing, while I was stalking around him from all sides. You can see him eyeing me skeptically.

He never did fly away and I got a bunch of shots, most of which I couldn't use because of the busy background. This one barely works and only with a lot of processing and lightening of the bird to bring him out from the boat.

OK, now you better have saved one for the bird challenge or I will scream !
This comp. is wonderful & pelly's expression is funny- like it's saying "this is my boat, get lost "
