 Picture is taking at a nursery near my home. the small white dots are actually snow falling. needless to say it was getting very cold. post processing levels, curves, brightness/contrast, hue/saturation, rotated and cropped.

Nice location, but the bright red on the bench steals to much attention, and the background is a little to in focus and busy.
