COOL angle, great way to shoot it, and cool lighting, though it seems just a hair to flat. Lighten it up and ad some contrast and I think it would help

What a handsome structure this is. And a fine job capturing it. Love the dim yellow fading back into gray (grey). Something here, whether it is the structure's form or the photographer's composition says strong and proud.

I wish you had not overdone the sharpening or USM. The guide wires are pixelated even at this reduced size. The concrete supports also have jagged edges instead of appearing smooth. Sorry to say, but you took a 9 or 10 down to a 5.
