Thanks for all the comments everyone. I realize the moon is overexposed. I wish I had had a tripod with me and a few more minutes to monkey with my settings! Next time :) |

this is a great concept. I would like to see more attempts at this. I don't know hard it is to do this but one problem is the moon is overexposed. It'd be nice to see some moon detail. |

the definition in the moon was lost, but otherwise, very well executed. i love the colours and the transition from one to the other. i very much like the composition, as well. |

apart from that, i like this photo. i get the 'framing' part, although maybe i wouldn't put my subject in the middle, but that's just a matter of taste. great shot :) |
