Interesting composition. Wondering why you chose to go with B&W when Flamingos are so colourful and people like to see that colour. I am not sure how you did your B&W conversion but some of the flamingos necks seem a little odd and devoid of detail.

I guess I wonder why not show the beautiful color of these magnificent creatures? But anyway, it seems a bit soft focused and the detail in the shadows is gone.

Maybe it is my monitor, but there seems to be something funny going on with all the birds that do not have their heads down.
