| It had a lot of potential, but it's hard to pick out the jogger (because the bright light obstructs him) and the entire bottom of the shot seems like it should either be blacked out completely or lit well enough to make it out. 6 |

| I like the image a lot. I do wish the runner was a little clearer, though. At first I didn't care for all the tracks on the beach, but the more i looked at it, the moe I liked the texture they add. Nice work. |

| Very dark, except for the sun reflection which is overexposed and looses detail. Not an attractive picture and not a strong use of reflection. |

| I think a few seconds earlier, or later would have worked better - as it is, the person is 'lost' in the sunlight |

| This is a pretty picture. Your title says, look at the tiny jogger, but I am assuming the reflection is really the sun, right? I think the closest thing to an issue I have with this photo is the foreground. The edge of the hillside could easily have been cropped out. The tracks in the sand create an interesting pattern, but pull attention away from the subject(s). I'm going to go a 7 for this one. Swash |

| I like your shot. I would prefer it without the rocks in the foreground though. I like the runner position in the bright part .... cupid yo have framed a little more on the right ? 6 as it is, a potential 8 I think with reframing. Lionel |

| Ah, its a beach. took me a while to figure that out. I can't decide what i think about this one... the harsh lighting in the center challenges the subtle dark patterns of the foreground 6 sjgleah |

| there is a reflection, that's for sure. your title is "evening jog" leading me to believe that your main focus is the little guy running. however, he's so small, and kind of gets lost in the sun reflection, I almost didn't notice him. I feel that there is too much foreground. kind of taking away from the reflection and the little person jogging. The angle is good though, I really like largeness of the photo, but wish the little guy stood out more. Good luck in the challenge. ~Hbunch7187~ |

The sun's reflection on the water is nice... I think this shot could have been improved 2 ways (if you disagree, please ignore my comment :)
1 ~ The tire marks on the beach don't add anything here (for me)... If the bottom of the shot was just above the deep horizontal tire tracks, and added more water (the reflective surface), I think it would have been much stronger...
2 ~ The runner is positioned just to the left of center... Since he/she is running to the right, I would have framed them further to the left (rule of thirds), leaving them more room to run...I also would have tried to catch them before they entered the reflection of the sun if possible.
Of course, these are my opinions... It's what you think that counts :) |

| I like the shot. It's interesting and it's subtle. The sun blasts the rest of the picture into darkness, but this works really well, giving it a subdued, calm, relaxing effect. The tyre tracks (if that's what I'm seeing) add artistic patterns that add to the overall effect. Great shooting. (9) |
