| The composition is very weak, you could have done better by using wide angle, getting close and low to shoot it against a blue sky. |

| I would have ropped this to make the hydrant straight within the frame. |

| Maybe a more unique angle of looking at the hydrant would work a little better than the way I look at them every day. Just a thought. Happy shooting. |

| crop is too tight at each side. needs a bump in saturation and contrast. The image would have been much more interesting, if you had used a wider aperture -> shallow DOF, which had blurred the now distracting background scene. |

| The colours are really washed out and I don't think the hydrant works full frame without it. |
