 The Image: Shot this while on hilidays on the Gold Coast, Queensland. These were the only flowers I found that were yellow...believe it or not! After so many black and white entries ribboning for me, I thought I would add some colour to my life!

Edit: Levels, USM, Curves, Noise Ninja...

Prediction: There will be lots of flowers I think, so this might get lost in the crowd. 6.3 would be nice.

POST: I guess it finished around where I expected. My goal this year is that each image is above my average score, so I really want to work on quality...this one is almost spot on my average

Gorgeous colours and DOF..I love it.I am considering buying a macro lens so it's good to see the results of a lens for nikon..how do you rate this lens?

Hmmm I thought this would have finished higher. I love the pastelly blend of color and then the pop of red colors in sharp focus. It's a very beautiful piece.

Ok. Here's one I like. Nice use of DOF to use the yellow effectively and to bring the eye to the focal point(s) of the flower. Well done!
