| didn't vote in tis challenge but if I had would have given it a 9 or 10 this so did not deserve the score it got... your take on the challenge was brilliant! well done even if your score doesn't reflect it... sadly another case of the general mass of DPC missing the boat :) |

| Dude, this photo is black and white! No really i get it, but is the fact that i know its yellow the same as it being yellow? No it is the same as taking a picture of a banana in a lightness room, if there is no light there is no color. At the same time this photo made me think, (far to much in fact) that this photo is though provoking so what do i rate it? Well it good, well focused, and balanced but will the rest of the voters see this.... |

| nice desaturation. Clever but the shot is rather normal I think and relies too much on the desaturated effect rather than a great shot. |

| An interesting take on the challenge! From a purely photographic point of view it might have been better to take a very ripe banana that has more black markingson the skin. 6. |

| Where has all the yellow gone? I know my monitor settings are fine when I see yellow on all other pictures. :( This photo is way to desturated. |

| I like the idea of showing yellow without color. good lighting and POV. might have been even better without the dust and the textured surface. |

| Great! You defintly conveyed the color yellow withour even having the color in the photo. good comp and focus + nice idea and execution = 10 from me! |
