| I think cropping off the right side would help the composition and assist to eliminate the bright area |

| Great place for a portrait, but the blown out sky behind him takes away from the overall shot - can't make out any detail in the face. Maybe a darker colored shirt might have helped a bit. |

| The sky is blown out and the compostition seems too "in the middle". The log is running down the middle of the picture and the man is in the middle of the log. Taking the picture from a different angle so the log was more at the upper third of the picture might have made for better composition and the man could have been more to one side or the other. |
