Lots of potential at this location-- I'd love to see some wide angle style shots from different vanage points. Maybe lightpainting at dusk or dark? You are lucky to have access to this shack.

sad that thing to see, the death of a theater. A stage shot out into the seats and balcony may have been cool too.
