Great subject, but I think it was a victim of the midday sun, and looks a little washed out. Shooting a little later or earlier in the day will give wonderful details.
Your file size indicates a little to much JPEG compression as well. That can kill the clarity of an otherwise good shot. Always select a compression ratio that brings your image in as close as possible to the 150 or 200k allowed for a challenge, without going over it. |

| cropping the bottom part would have made this shot much better IMHO. Good lighting though, many had dark houses and foreground. This is one of the few who didnt. Good job on that. |

| Seems a bit washed out but it fits the challenge well. I like that it sppears overgrown by nature |
