Initial=This is a beautiful image..
Composition= good. bridge leads my eye into the photo and to the distant buildings. I wonder about the top of the image crowding the tops of the buildings. Perhaps a bit more room could have been allowed there and less on the bottom
Clarity (focus, details)= excellent. I love how I can see every little window, and how the lights reflect on the water.
Exposure=well done.
Interest=This holds my interest.
I am using this new detailed commenting method inspired by autool. (Thanks autool!). I hope you find it more helpful than my former comments.
