 Not actually from a rowboat as suggested by the title but rather on a tripod from a pedestrian walkway that juts about 1/4 of the way out into the canal.

HDR merge of 3 images at different exposures.

Crop, Levels, Curves, Saturation +10, High Pass sharpening layer at 50%, USM, Minor Dodging and Burning Layers, Minor High Pass Sharpening Layer,Frame, Resize to 720X
