UPDATE; 15-1-2008 -
The dove is sitting on two eggs, and one hatched today.
To hard to get a photo, but hopefully in a couple of days, I will be lucky to get a chance to take some photos. |

| Your wild pigeons are colored a little differently from the ones here, but they likely have the same personality. This reminds me of one that I kept as a pet for a while. I got it when it was just about to lose it's fuzz feathers, and it lived outdoors under the eve in a little box that I built for it from rabbit wire. It would follow me around, and land on my head or shoulder if I was out in the yard. After a couple of years, it finally flew off to mate I think. |

| If we Americans found a pigeon nesting we would shoo it away. They are nasty dirty birds here, often called rats with wings. |
