The single leaf stands out nicely with the bright color - especially considering you can see other leaves at the bottom of the water with no color. Only thing that has me debating the vote is this could be a puddle for all we know - no way to show that this is a river or stream.

The shadows from the branches are a little distracting, but I really like the way the water is around the leaf.

Great colors and definition. Good composition as well. I like how the leaves underneath are darker and subdued -- it really makes the one stand out nicely.
