| love the look in his eyes and the composition is great. I would say the lights in the background seem distracting on their own. This picture has a lot of potential. |

| This is just really lit poorly. Direct flash is seldom favorable. ( sometimes, but seldom) |

| The light is too harsh and the post in the background shouldn't be there. It looks like you could have moved the subject slightly to avoid the wooden post. |
