 we went to taronga park zoo today, which is in sydney ..
i took nearly 600 photographs .. !!!!!!!
i thought this one was pretty funny .. i'll be putting some more in our side over the next few days .. i'm hoping i've got something for the free study as well from today ..

i was pretty cut that sc said they would'v given me a dq if i'd entered my golfer in the time lapse challenge, especially when i got back from the zoo today & saw how many entries have done pretty much exactly wot i did .. and i doubt they'll be getting dq's (& i'm not suggesting that they should) .. but i really would'v expected a retraction from the site council telling me it satisfied the rules after all, after they learnt how i achieved the finished image, but it didnt happen .. i'm cut coz i reckon the golfer would'v done reasonably well ..

dont get me wrong .. the new rules for time lapse are difficult to understand, come to an agreement on and then apply .. i totally support the site council and all the amazing work they do .. good luck to the sc on this one ... !!

LOL, this is great roz! Can't wait to see what else your camera has in store from that trip! The pose and the nicely blurred fronds in the front are all very nice details.

I can easily imagine shooting that many shots! it's the review & editing that becomes overwhelmins..one of the pitfalls of digital I think!!

this is great, the zebra butts are a hoot. they definitely wer not camera friendly!

This is definitely a great one Roz. I see this hanging in an office or a gallery. Great framing and very interesting. And after a second look I feel the lion behind the bushes hehe

Very cute! I like the colors Roz. Hey, I entered the challenge with a rather crap entry, I can tell you I also have seen many images that are no different than yours in the way they were taken. I'm not sure why the SC made the decision they did. It is unfortunate because I think your image is very nice.
