 I had my hubby take this pic of me after I set everything for him (hes a P&S type guy..not manual Dslr) Just wanted to show everyone (friends and family) how much weight Ive lost.
Ive lost a total of just over 65lbs..yeah Im a bit proud about it cause it was all done without any "program" or diet pills. just sheer determination. before I lost the weight I had been having constant bad lower back pain (I have several slipped and/or slipping disks) and knee pain (even had surgery on one knee that didnt help) since losing the weight I no longer have pain at all and have totaly discontinued all pain meds and now lead a way more active life with my girls. I feel great and I love being able to do things and play with my girls again. Im being the mommy I wanted to be a year ago when I started this.

Contratulations on your weight loss! I think it's best to lose weight without any program - it has to be a lifelong change in eating habits or it will gain right back again. You look wonderful!
