What IS the subject?

Terrible cropping. Leave more of the tree next time, it gives it a very incomplete feel. Otherwise, the colors work well and the contrast is good.

Hmmm... I don't get the feeling of silence. I wonder what is below the treeline. It appears out of focus.

Dont find this subject very interesting. Its possible to make fine images out of trees and the sky but then they have to show something wich catches the eyes for instance some cloudshapes or some interferance between light and shadowes (or interesting colors when they are avalible). Also the trees are out of focus or somehow unsharp.

I think I know what you were going for but for me I think I need to see more of the forground.

composition is very important to an image.. this one has none.. the tops of the trees, the blankness of the sky.. makes one wonder what the image is of..

ummmmm, ohhhhhh-kay, an out of focus shot of a treeline and unexciting clear sky... sorry dude, I just aint getting this one...

This photo looks like the whole subject was cut off accidently. I would consider having some land show or no tree show.

Trees could have been a little sharper.

Potentially a good choice of subject matter. But there's no life in this photo. the sky is bland and washed out. And a composition like this needs to work hard to make an impact. Conventionally lookign up and cutting the bottom half of of trees is not appealing unless there's somethign strong to hold ones attention 'up there'

Silence is there. Technically there is nothing here to hold my interest. Just a few drab trees against a drab sky (maybe color would work better?)

nice skyline however i think that the cropping is not ideal

somewhat soft and poorly defined, little of interest for the viewer
