 A friend and his new daughter (his first girl). I love the emotion of this shot. The shot is about Dad so I don't mind that I can't see baby's face. Now that I see the finished product, I would like a little more negative space in the shot but that wasn't my vision while shooting so I didn't get any pic's that way.

Shot in RAW. RAW conversions. Elements - levels, USM, neat image, brightness/contrast, dodge/burn, blur, minor cloning, slecetive color, hue/sat, crop, save for web.

Strong emotion in this image. Good connection between dad & baby. I would have liked to see the baby's face as well.

This is a LOVELY photo, however not being able to see the babies face is a little disconcerting for some reason... very well done otherwise!
