 I live in a small town about 5 miles south of Morro Bay, CA which is a popular tourist destination and the home of Jack Lalanne (he's in his 90's now, but quite active in the community). The area pictured is part of the Morro Bay estuary. This area is known for the number and diversity of birds that winter here. Oh, but there are no birds in my pic. Sorry. Lovely day today so we went out hiking.

Looks like a great place to hike. The estuary has a very interesting horizon ours in Florida our just flat.
