Hair in front of eye, big nono... the pose is good but you either need to turn her head a little more to the right or her shoulders a little more to the left. Again, focus seems to have fallen a tad short of her eyes. Gotta watch that with such a narrow DOF.

Not sure if I like the hair in front of her eye or not. Nice crop. The plate in the backgound is a little distracting.
