Cool color, but it could hurt you in voting. Without a bright red sunset, it doesn't really look like fire, so you have to think about the context. I found the composition more compelling when I cropped in much closer so you only see the more interesting parts of the scene.

This is a good picture, but I bet your getting crused vote wise. I don't see any fire, but I'm sure folks pointed that out long time ago. I leave this at the high side of the middle of the road.

Nice shot, beautiful contrasts.

great pic, I love the mood in the photo, tighter cropping might have improved it more, still one of my favourites

Although this is technically fire, I think it misses the point. That being said this is a great picture. I wonder what this looks like in it's original version.

Color and highlights do a lot for this. A little too much dark on the left hand side. I think you could have cropped this a little tighter, but that might have been intentional. Color is great on this.

I like this a lot. The colors you chose appeal to me. I think you could have cropped some off the left hand side. My eye is drawn to the dark area because it seems so dominant. Good luck. 8

just enough roundness to let me know this is the sun. I like the composition and the backlighting and the waning light on the clouds. But the tone you chose...I not really a fan of that. Different.

I was wondering if anyone would do something like this. Biggest fire I know about, and done with interesting colors.

the purple/block color moved this from nice shot to extra impact.

This could have been very spectacular if not for the monotone purplishness. I'm not sure if this was done purposefully or not, but I would have liked to have seen more color and contrast.

Although I'm guessing you'll get slammed because there isn't actually any fire in this, I liked the idea and thought about it myself. I like the shot, but there seems to be too little going on on the top and the left. Perhaps a crop of the lower right part would have helped a little more
