 Not expecting much here, but I had so much fun shooting this during my day off due to a snow day. I had help from Tlemetry with the concept, I just happened to have the stuff on hand.
The snow was the hard part to deal with - gives me an opportunity to learn a little bit more from DPC members :)

Yay Deb,

Congrats on a new 2nd PB on DPC, I think this shot was lovely. Great composition and sharp and detailed. I think it was a wonderful Idea for Christmas time. Could be next years christmas card????

Like the contrast of colours but the details seem to be lacking.. I would have prefered a more closer crop so the textures could be captured better..

Without the little fake lights this would have looked real enough to more closely meet my idea of the challenge. But frankly the birds around here are slouches in the decorating department, so while pretty, this is definitely not something I see ... well, ever. Nicely done shot, though.

I was looking for bird nests, but they were all too high - best shot from above. I hope you didn't take it down from somewhere. Birds will re-use nests year after year.
