I think maybe too much sky, nothing of interest there. The interest is in the pool. Nice shot.

Gotta admit I find that title distracting, but the photo is lovely with beautiful silky water.

The texture caused by the water flowing back out at the bottom absolutely makes this image for me. Wish there was a different sky, with more textured clouds, but you work with what you have. Pretty good!

Back to comment: The effect of the long exposure time on the water produced a wonderful focal point for this image. Without it, this would just be another pretty landscape. You hit the challenge description right on the head and earned a 10 from me. Nice job!
